The sink-mounted water filter cartridge should be replaced after filtering around 7,000 liters of water, which corresponds to around one year’s use for a family of 4 using it for drinking water.

The spiral design of the membrane’s pores allows the water to become dynamic, forming a vortex movement as it passes through the filter. This purifies and revitalizes the water in a single step. What’s more, the activated carbon insert inside the Aragon block also improves the taste and smell of the water, complementing the filtration process.

For maintenance purposes, we recommend replacing the cartridge every year or after filtering up to 7,000 liters of water. It is also advisable to brush the cartridge regularly to maintain its efficiency.

Please note that these water filter cartridges are only compatible with the ARAGON-SE AQUA filter model (new model).

Organic plain bread flour mix – 500g made from rice, buckwheat and psyllium flours. Ready-to-use mix for homemade gluten-free bread.
Rice and buckwheat flours are not suitable for bread-making. However, psyllium is an excellent substitute for gluten. It adds softness and puffiness to the preparation.
Ecocert-certified product. Gluten-free. Can therefore be consumed by people with gluten intolerance.

Gluten-free bread recipe:
– 400g organic bread flour mix
– 1 sachet baker’s yeast
– 5g salt
– 34ml warm water
Dilute the yeast in a little lukewarm water and let it activate for a few minutes. Add remaining water. In a bowl, combine the Mamie Malice organic bread flour mix, salt and yeast and mix thoroughly. Cover with a cloth and leave to rise for several hours. Preheat oven to 240°C. Place the bread dough in the oven and reduce the temperature to 220°C. Bake for 25 min.
