Directions for use mulled wine mix – 2x50g :
– Add 50g of mulled wine mix to 75 cl of red wine.
– Sweeten to taste
– Bring to the boil, then simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Commonly known as lemon verbena or scented verbena, it is often enjoyed in the evening. It is much appreciated for its lemony flavor and fragrance.
Verbena is very popular in cooking, and can be used in sweet preparations such as creams and pastries. It also easily flavors sparkling water and other iced teas and lemonades.
Introduced to Europe by the Spanish in the 18th century, this aromatic plant of the Verbenaceae family, native to South America, is harvested between July and September. It is often confused with lemongrass or verbena officinalis, which are in fact three quite distinct plants. Our verbena is harvested in France.

A majestic tree with easily identifiable leaves, the lime tree is a member of the Tiliaceae family. It is native to Europe. Its flowers secrete a sweet nectar. In botany, the bract is a floral part at the base of a stalk. Our linden is harvested in France by our herbalist when the tree‘s flowers reach maturity, starting in June.
