Placing an order – Step by step 

Different means of payment:

With credit card :

In order to avoid the risks of fraud and misappropriation of credit card, Nature & Partage uses a payment security system.  All bank details are encrypted and sent to the payment agency without ever going through our web platform. All transaction data is completely secure thanks to a redirection to the Paypal server or the server of the bank Crédit Agricole (or CIC).

BANK TRANSFER

In order to pay by bank transfer, you have to place your order and thne transfer the total amount ( inluding shipping or VAT) from your bank using the following information :

Do not forget to specify your order number. Your order will be sent as soon as we receive the payment. 

Modes of delivery

Home delivery only

No sending is made on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and national holiday. Any order placed during the weekend will be processed and shipped from the following Monday.

To guarantee the fastest delivery and avoid a possible return, please send us your email address, phone number and all details that could facilitate the delivery (building code, floor, .. )

Do not forget to check your shipping address before confirming your order.

Tracking your order

After the shipment of your order, we send you a tracking number by email to track your order until delivery. You can consult the status of your order at anytime clicking on “my account” and ” my orders”.

Return process

You ordered and one or more of your product(s) do not satisfy you ? You have 14 days to send the products back (excluding health and hygiene tools).

Procedure :

  • Contact the customer service, by phone at +33 556 619 105 or on our contact page to obtain a return form.
  • You will then receive an email confirming the consideration of your withdrawal request.
  • You will have 14 days to send us back the products in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Send the parcel with the form at : Nature & Partage SAS, 33 moulin de Gonin 33540 Gornac France
