Obtained after grinding the tigernuts, you can use tigernuts flour in your cooked or raw preparations. You can use it alone or mixed with other flours. Naturally gluten free, our tigrenut flour is rich in dietary fiber (33 g per 100 g), vitamin E and minerals (magnesium, iron, potassium). Discover its delicate flavor by consuming it raw, sprinkled on mueslis, fruits and compotes. You can also integrate the flour with different preparations: pasta pie, bread dough, pastries.
