Organic sprouted seeds – wheat
Soft wheat is especially recommended for germination. Germination increases the content of vitamins, enzymes and trace elements of the seed. Wash the seeds thoroughly before soaking. Wheat will take about 2 to 3 days to germinate; we recommend spraying with filtered water if possible to keep the soil moist.
Sprouted wheat should be consumed raw, in sprouts of about 0.5 cm or in shoots of 1 cm. Do not forget to wash the sprouts before consumption. Sprouted wheat seeds are ideal for salads, soups and woks or to decorate your desserts.
If you do not consume them immediately, keep them for a few days in a refrigerator with a lid.
For a wheatgrass juice, it is necessary to wait until the shoots grow and harvest the strands about 15 cm to extract the juice. Wheatgrass juice should be consumed immediately after extraction.
