82% dark chocolate (64% cocoa with pure cocoa butter and cane sugar).
18% organic psyllium husk
The psyllium powder is mixed with a fair trade cocoa from Costa Rica (attested by the Forest Garden Products logo).
Psyllium seeds quickly pass from crunchy to fondant in the mouth, releasing air bubbles that will increase the taste of chocolate.
This artisanal Dark chocolate O’Psyllium is softer than a classic chocolate and people with teething or jaw problems will appreciate it a lot. Another important asset: it contains 18% of psyllium with excellent regulatory properties of transit.
