Organic sprouted seeds – lentils – 150g
Green lentil seeds are an important source of protein, iron and calcium. They contain vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6 and C. They are both very consistent and digestible. Their consumption is particularly recommended for nursing mothers.
These seeds require soaking in at least three times their volume of water. Green lentils can be consumed as soon as the germ appears and up to 2 or 3 cm, even in the young shoot stage (10 cm), raw or cooked (5 minutes with gentle steam). The sprouted lentil is pureed, fresh and crisp salad with vinaigrette, or minestrone.
Like all our sprouts (buckwheat, alfalfa, sunflower, wheat), our green lentils seeds are carefully selected and come from organic production in Gironde. ( South of France)
