Roman chamomile is a perennial plant in the Asteraceae family. Its fragrance is pleasant. Originally from the Atlantic seaboard of Europe, it is Roman in name only. Our herbal tea is made from whole flower heads of Roman chamomile (also known as noble chamomile), harvested in France by our herbalist.
Directions for use chamomile infusion -50g :
– Pour 5 grams of mixture into 1/2 liter of boiling water.
– Cover
– Leave to infuse for 5 to 15 minutes
– Filter
– To be enjoyed all day long
