. Highly concentrated in menthol, its powerful taste is very refreshing and completely different from spearmint. As an infusion, it is mainly consumed after hearty meals. It can also be eaten iced. In the kitchen, it easily flavors desserts and drinks.
Peppermint grows in sunny locations. This herbaceous plant is a natural cross between spearmint and water mint. It is harvested between May and October.
Directions for use mint infusion – 50g :
– Pour 5 grams of mixture into 1/2 liter of boiling water.
– Cover
– Leave to infuse for 5 to 15 minutes
– Filter
– To be enjoyed all day long
