Description
Organic wheat flour – 500g, produced in Gironde. Organic wheat. T80 wheat flour. This is a semi-complete flour. Also known as bise flour. A flour with a higher bran content than T45, T55 or T65 white flour. Bran is the seed’s husk. It is rich in minerals. So the higher the T-type of wheat flour, the more bran will be found in the flour.
T80 wheat flour is mainly used in bread-making for special breads, but also for pastry doughs. It can be used on its own or mixed with other flours. Organic wheat flour harvested in South-West France and packaged in aneco-responsible kraft bag. Ecocert-certified product. Contains gluten.
