– a 300g pack of Nature et Partage organic psyllium powder. Rich in fiber, it’s an excellent gluten substitute. It adds softness and puffiness to preparations such as breads and pie doughs.
– a 500g pack of Mamie Malice organic bread flour mix, the perfect preparation for homemade gluten-free bread.
