TERMS OF SALES
These general conditions of sale govern all relations between :
NATURE ET PARTAGE SARL and its internet customers ( the Customer or Buyer).

Prior to any transaction, the customer acknowledges having read the terms of sales and expressly declares acceptiong them as soon as he clicks on the button “I accept” when creating his account on our shop.
Special conditions of sale
The customer acknowledges having read, while placing his order, the specific conditions of sale stated on screen (name, price, components, weight, quantity, color, particularities of products, cost of services, etc.) and expressly declares to accept then without reserve. The order and its confirmation by the customer, materialize its full acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.
Products
The pictures of the products are not contractual. If there are errors, the responsability of NATURE ET PARTAGE can’t be engaged, in no case. The customer must get inform from local autorities about possible restrictions on the importation and use of the products he wantes to order.
Order
The customer places his order by clicking on the button “add to the cart”. The order is summarized and contains all the elements that the customer confirms by clicking on the button ” I accept the Terms of sales and I Pay” in the menu.
NATURE ET PARTAGE automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature , content and date of the order. ANy order exceeding 500 euros ( cost of products including VAT) must be suject to the sending to NATURE ET PARTAGE of the printing of the order, duly signed bythe customer. These general conditions of sale in paper form must be attached and signed. Failling this, any order higher than this amount will not be taken into account and will not be legally valid.
Confirmation of the order
NATURE ET PARTAGE confirms the order to the customer by to one of the following ways : email, fax or mail. The sale will only be concluded from the confirmation of the order by NATURE ET PARTAGE.
NATURE ET PARTAGE reserves the possibility of not confirming an order in particular circumstances, related to the product supply, a problem concerning the order received (illegible document for example), an abnormal order… NATURE ET PARTAGE will inform the customer by any ways.
Any new order will intervene only after regular payment of the amount due under his previous order. The same will apply to the transfer of ownership of the products, which will be complete only upon receipt of the payment owed by the customer to NATURE ET PARTAGE.
Availability of orders and delivery conditions
The place and the date of availability of the products are chosen by the customer when ordering. NATURE ET PARTAGE can chose any logistics provider at its convenience to deliver the products to the address specified by the customer. Deliveries are made in the territory of France and geographical areas served by the carrier. Packages are oversized and protected.
Conditions and delivery times
The delivery will be made by post or by carrier.
The delivery is made within 3 to 5 working days for Metropolitan France from the receipt of your payment, subject to availability of products, to the address specified by the customer. Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will send you a link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your order.
The standard shipping methid is Colissimo, delivered without signature. In case of absence, the buyer will have to withdraw the package according to the terms proposed by the postman. POssible delays will not authorize the buyer to claim damages. The maximum delivery time after a purchase online is 30 days. Beyond this limit, the customer can request a full refund of the amount he paid.
PLease check your package upon receipt as long as the postman is still with you to report in case of damaged package, open or poor condition. Sign the report. If you don’t make the report, it will be impossible for us to return against the carrier in case of loss of products or damage.
For deliveries of the COLON-NET board, you will be delivered by a carrier. If there is no one at the delivery address, the delivery will be re-scheduled or he will call you.
In the case of a technical product, the buyer will take special care to check the proper functioning of the products and read the instructions. IN case of apparent defects, the buyer can send back the product under the conditions provided for in Article 14. The good always travel at the risk and perils of the recipient.
The buyer must check his package on arrival. He has 24 hours to express reservations with the carrier in case of default or degradation. For availability reasons, NATURE ET PARTAGE will be able to deliver an order in several times. However the buyer will only pay for one delivery.
If the buyer wants 2 deliveries, he will have to place 2 orders et pay the freight costs of each order.
Are consideres force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver : war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied.
Delivery costs and provision of orders
Delivery costs include packing, handling and postage. They are defined according to the chosen carrier, the geographical area of the buyer and the weight of the package. For orders over or equal to 60€, freight costs will be offered for the following countries : France, Belgium, Germany, Italy,Luxembourg and Spain.
By placing an order, if the customer chooses the delivery methid against signature, extra charges apply. The customer agrees to sign the registration slip presented by the carrier on which he can make any comments. By signing the registration slip, the buyer acknowledges having received the number of packages mentionned. The buyer notices damaged or missing products must claim to NATURE ET PARTAGE customer service by e-mail winthin 24 hours maximum.
All events , such as force majeure, loss, strike, administrative decision or problem of transport, which would tend to delay or prevent the execution of the supply constitute, by express agreement, a clause of suspension or extinguishment of NATURE ET PARTAGE obligations, without comprensation . The customer will be fully and automatically disengaged from its obligations under the order.
NATURE ET PARTAGE will inform the customer by any appropriate ways and the same day of the existence of such an event, in order to allow the buyer to disengage freely from his order with a simple answer by mail or email.
When the delivery of the products to the customer is not possible because of him, NATURE ET PARTAGE has the possibility to invoice him a fixed contribution to the costs of 15€ (with VAT)
Carrier
Deliveries are made by LA POSTE COLISSIMO during business hours. PLease select the shipping address so that someone can receive the order.
Price
All prices are in euro and include French VAT (5.5%, 10% or 20%). The price billed to the customer is the price mentionned on the order confirmation sent by NATURE ET PARTAGE. The payment of products and services is done by credit card, in a secure environment on the server of our provider. The debit of the credit card of the customer will be made in euros, immediately after the acceptance of the order by NATURE ET PARTAGE which keeps the property of the products until the complete payment of the price of the products and services by the customer.
Payment terms
The products ordered will be delivered against payment by check, credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express), paypal or bank transfer.
Security of personal data
NATURE ET PARTAGE has to protect your private sphere. All the personal datas collected during your connection to our online store will only be used for the treatment of your order. We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal date to anyone.
Personal data collected on the online store shop.nature-partage.com have been the object of a declaration to the CNIL (Commission nationale Informatique et Liberté)
A CIL contact is declared to the CNIL and can be contacted via our contact form.
By giving us your email address and your cellphone number, NATURE ET PARTAGE has the right to send you by email or on your mobile phone any information regarding our products, current promotions or our latest novelties. If you do not want to receive these informations, please indicate it by clicking on the unsubscribe message.
Guarantee
In case of any problem, the buyer can contact the customer service via the contact form.
The buyer benefits from the legal guarantee against latent defects (Article 1625 and following of the French civil code), the products sold benefit from a guarantee of the manufacturer whose duration is indicated in the notices of each product.
The guarantees are exclusive of any other guarantee of result as to the satisfaction of the specific needs of the buyer.
Provided that the buyer proves the hidden defect, NATURE ET PARTAGE must legally repair all the consequences (article 1641 and following of the French civil code), if the buyer goes to court, he must do it within a short time from the discovery of the hidden defect (article 1648 of the French civil code).
NATURE ET PARTAGE guarantees its products. In case of incident, and after being informed by email within 24 hours after the delivery, NATURE ET PARTAGE fully refunds the returned products to the care of the buyer, if the problem is proved.
Disputes
The contract is subject to French law.
NATURE ET PARTAGE can not be responsible for damages of any kind, tangible or intangible, which could result from a malfunction or use of the products. It is the same for any modifications of the product resulting from the manufacturers.
The responsability of NATURE ET PARTAGE will be limited to the amount of the order and can not be blamed for simple errors or omissions that could have persist despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.
It is important to note that the respect of the provisions of the contract relating to the contractual guarantee supposes :
- the buyer honors its financial commitments towards the seller,
- the buyer uses the product in the normal way
- for operations requiring high technicality, no third party not approved by the seller or the manufacturer intervenes for the product repair.
Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith is always presumed in the person who bothers to expose his situation.
In case of dispute, the buyer will contact the company to obtain an amicable solution.
Right to return the goods and withdrawal period
The buyer has a legal withdrawal period of 14 (fourteen) working days (article L.121-20 and following of the Code de la Consommation révisé par la loi Hamon, French consumer Code) from the receipt of products.
In case of exchange or refund, the buyer returns at his expense the item in its original packaging, intact, with the invoice and all the accessories, instructions documentation,…

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, NATURE ET PARTAGE has to refund the amount paid by the buyer, without the shipping costs. The refund will be done within 1 period of 15 days.
